How to Apply for a Land Loan

Oklahoma AgCredit makes the loan application process simple, with the option to apply online or in person. Our lending officers walk you through every step so you get the best financing option for your needs.

What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Property details, including location and acreage

  • Cash flow intent for the land (agricultural use, investment, recreational, etc.)

  • Down payment source (cash, equity, or other assets)

Additionally, we may request:

  • Driver’s license for identification

  • Tax returns (personal and business, if applicable)

  • Financial statements/balance sheets

  • Signed authorization for release

  • Entity or trust documents, if the purchase involves a trust or business entity
